Start with the form below or a quick call to the office. Either way you’ll reach a real person who can set up a time for Paul to come take a look. Most estimates happen within one to three days.

What to Expect After You Reach Out
Your first call goes to Yolanda. She runs the office and the scheduling, and she’ll ask a few questions about your tree and what prompted the call. After that Paul comes out to see the job for himself. He’s been doing this for over 20 years, so it doesn’t take him long to read a site. Then he weighs how the tree sits and what the crew will have to work around before settling on a price.
Paul follows up with a written estimate by email. It lays out the work plainly so you know exactly what you’re paying for. If you decide to go ahead, Paul and Yolanda fit you into the schedule and let you know when to expect the crew. We’ll keep you posted as the day gets closer, and if the weather moves things around, you’ll hear about it early.
How Returning Customers Get Storm Priority
There’s a real advantage to being one of our customers before the next big snow storm. The phones don’t stop ringing after a storm rolls through. Yolanda pulls up callers by phone number, and anyone we’ve worked with before moves toward the front of the line. For a returning customer with a tree on the house, Paul can often be there within the hour.
Getting a quote now puts you in that system. Even if the work can wait, your details stay on file. We already know who you are when a tree comes down at the worst possible time.
